Notes
  • Payment by cash, personal check or major credit card (see above).
  • $2.00 per guest per day charge is assessed.
  • Reservation deposit: $250.00
  • Deposits are applied to rent with balance due on arrival.
  • Refunds are only for serious illness or death, proof of either is required in writing to obtain a refund.
  • If a reservation is canceled prior to October 1 for the above reasons, the deposit will be returned, less a cancellation fee of $50.00
  • NO REFUNDS AFTER October 1 for any reason.
  • NO REFUND ON ANNUAL RENT.
  • Management reserves the right to utilize vacant RV spaces. We request at least a 2 day notice prior to arrival.
